Multifunctional project King David is in operation handover since 27th of July. Business Center has already opened its doors for tenants. PwC Georgia and Samsung Georgia are the first companies occupying the offices, Colliers International Georgia will join in the end of September.

Later, spa, fitness center and panoramic pool will be opened for visitors.
Business Center tenants will receive all kinds of receptionist and courier services as well as event planning and management (meeting room hire, catering etc.) assistance. Special discounts will be available for tenants for all services mentioned above, including the special rate for hotel rooms.
