Colliers International Georgia and Cushman & Wakefield Georgia plan to carry out joint classification of offices

Global real estate services companies Colliers International Georgia and Cushman & Wakefield Georgia plan to carry out joint classification of offices in Tbilisi.

At this stage the two companies are developing the criteria based on which modern business centres across Tbilisi will be evaluated.

Within the framework of the project; the structure, location, parking, property management and tenant services of the buildings will be evaluated based on the updated criteria.

The main goal of this new initiative between Colliers International Georgia and Cushman & Wakefield Georgia is to make an impartial evaluation of the situation in Tbilisi’s office market.

"This initiative will facilitate proper investments in Georgia’s real estate sector while at the same time establishing international standards," says Nikoloz Kevkhishvili, director of the Valuation and Advisory Department of Colliers International Georgia.

"The process of classification of the office centres will help to establish the correct price policy on the market, as well as improve the quality of services in the existing buildings," says George Japaridze, managing partner of Cushman & Wakefield Georgia.
