One of the largest and most influential international real estate exhibitions, MIPIM, is due to take place on 14-17 March in Cannes this year. The expo brings together the industry’s most influential players, developers, experts and investors from around the world. Among them will be the management team of Colliers International Georgia, which will be represented at the annual exhibition for the third time. In 2015, the company’s Georgian experts had attended MIPIM together with a delegation from the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.

This year, representatives from Colliers International Georgia are planning to hold business meetings with potential investors and developers at the exhibition hall, presenting large investment projects to them.

As one of the leading real estate service companies, Colliers has access to international investment funds. In turn, the company facilitates the contact between its clients and the said investment funds, ensuring that the clients have access to financial resources.

Being involved in such large business forums is important both for the company to acquire significant new contacts while offering interesting products and services to investors, and with a view to popularising existing projects in the country.

The MIPIM expo’s main goal is to introduce and connect the sector’s representatives from various European countries to each other. Through its global activities, Colliers closely cooperates with similar organisations and regularly takes part in large real estate exhibitions, forums and conferences. This year, Colliers will be represented at MIPIM by 160 delegates from 21 countries. Naturally, the company’s Georgian office will be actively involved during the course of the event.

Also planned for the March expo are conferences at which speakers will present the latest trends, novelties and opportunities that exist in the real estate, investment and business sector today.
