Colliers International Georgia prepared seven real estate investment proposals to support the process of privatization of state-owned properties.

In agreement with the Entrepreneurship Development Agency-Enterprise Georgia under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, a global real estate services company Colliers International Georgia developed investment proposals for large state-owned properties in Georgia.

The project covered seven properties at various locations including Akhtala health resort, Goderdzi mountain, Kobuleti and Libani spa resort. The project also encompassed the Mixed-Used developments in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi.

The scope of the project required the team of experts from Colliers International Georgia to assess “As-is” condition of the properties and to conduct the appropriate market research in order to create real estate development concepts for each property.  Based on the research data the Colliers International Georgia team constructed financial models and analyzed the profitability of proposed concepts. Investment proposals with a real estate development concept and strong financial models make the properties far more interesting for potential investors.

Colliers International Georgia has been developing investment proposals for large-scale real estate projects for several years and has experience from over 40 completed projects.
