AS Georgia-Dirsi hosted media representatives in the Azerbaijani capital city of Baku, where the company presented the second stage of its ‘city within a city’ concept project. The project, which is worth 9 million, includes the development of a European-style park and a riverside boulevard over an area of 75 000 m2. Journalists also had the opportunity to view the company’s premium-class residential complex Renessans Palace, as well as the Villa Siena complex of villas.

According to AS Georgia-Dirsi director Besik Jikurauli, AS Group Investment has already successfully implemented 40 projects across several countries, and has conducted investments worth up to $200 million on the Georgian market over the last 7 years, including the completion of the first stage of the Dirsi residential complex – the largest construction project in Tbilisi – and local production of construction materials.
