Tbilisi’s Residential market research 2017, prepared by the global real estate service company’s local representation Colliers International Georgia together with Enterprise Georgia, revealed top 5 developers in the capital:
The ranking of Tbilisi’s top five development companies was determined based on the total residential area each of them built or managed during construction since 2015.
Though Dirsi has been involved in only one project, it is the largest in the city. Archi Group, on the contrary, is currently managing fourteen projects and ranks 3rd among the city’s top five developers.
