EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TRAINING ON PROPERTY COMMERCIALISATION

Using highest and best use studies to find investors, operators and tenants

Krzysztof Sakierski is a Director in the Real Estate Team of NGL Advisory in Poland. Krzysztof is a real estate broker, Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of RICS. Krzysztof main area of expertise consists of highest and best studies, masterplanning, restructuring, valuation and real estate brokerage services.

The training aims at familiarizing you with the process of highest and best use analysis and how this process can be used in the process of real estate commercialization

The training is divided into:

 I) Theoretical part considering two modules

  • Analysis of the subject of the transaction
  • Analysis of possible development alternatives
  • Analysis of the local market
  • Financial analysis of scenarios
  • SWOT analysis
  1. Commercialization of real estate
  • Definition of a list of potential buyers
  • Preparation of materials about the subject of the transaction
  • Handling communication

 II) Practical part during which examples will be analyzed

During the training course we will discuss the steps that need to be taken in order to analyze the highest and best use of the property, taking into account the business activities carried out in the immediate vicinity and the profitability of the investment.

Our goal is to show you how to attractively present your property for sale or lease, along with an indication of the context of ongoing economic activity surrounding the property, in order to increase your chances of successfully closing the commercialization process.
