York Holding Group is the first Georgian company that will develop in the Caribbean. YHG and the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Terence Drew, signed a memorandum for the start of investment projects.
The memorandum includes the following points:
1. Launch of the new brand Caribgates by York Holding Group;
2. Provision of residential, commercial, and other large-scale development projects in St. Kitts and Nevis;
3. Attracting investments from the states of the Persian Gulf, Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Central Asia;
4. Inform people about the tourist and investment attractiveness of St. Kitts and Nevis;
5. Determination of investment potential and portfolio diversification.
"This is the biggest victory of our company. Georgia's investment and development company will invest in the Caribbean zone - St. Kitts and Nevis. We thank the country's Prime Minister for his support and the memorandum we signed today. This party ensures the attraction of investments, which is a step forward for Georgian business, because we, York Holding Group, initiated the active part. In the coming days, we will also sign an agreement, according to which the holding, with its Caribbean brand Caribgates, will develop a large multifunctional project on St. Kitts and Nevis," said Amr Alabwaz, chairman and founder of York Holding Group.
According to the holding company, several projects are currently in final negotiations. "This will be a multifunctional complex in the seaside area where customers can buy residential and investment properties. Also, the land plots in the premium zone are ideal for developing hotel and leisure projects", said Nino Pertaia, Senior Business Development Officer of YHG.

"Obviously, obtaining dual citizenship is not an easy procedure since, according to the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis requirements, the investor and his family must meet certain criteria. However, York Holding Group and its partners ensure that investors go through these procedures in a simplified and accelerated manner," said Davit Namgaladze, YHG's senior commercial officer.
"Caribgates, a new brand in the Caribbean area, will provide security clearance services to customers in close cooperation with local contractors and the state, in addition to investment and residential properties. The project will go on sale in the coming weeks," said Otar Kiria, YHG's senior marketing officer.
