By request of York Holding Group, Zaha Construction has completed the asphalting of a residential complex in Tabakhmela – York Town.

According to the CEO of Zaha Construction - Mariam Lortkipanidze, the road paving was the final step of the first stage of the project. Homeowners in York Town will be able to move around comfortably and safely.

"We have completed the road paving works on compound. The road here, in fact, did not exist. As part of the project, the road surface was repaired, a drainage system was arranged, as well as edging borders, sidewalks and an external communication network. In addition, we are starting the installation of outdoor lighting poles in the area, the design of which was created specifically for our project.

We, Zaha Construction together with the project investor and developer York Holding Group, take on this responsibility that in the near future this road will be fully lightened and organized.” Mariam Lortkipanidze said.

Within the framework of the project, leading Georgian dendrologists will perform landscaping works.
