Receiving such a prize is an honor for our company as we use modern technologies, construction and site operation methods to create eco-friendly environment. This makes the building process much more efficient and therefore sustainable, since there is no unnecessary amount of energy being used. Some of these sustainable methods in use are – building information modeling, offsite construction and construction monitoring. Solar energy is also used, as well as high-quality construction materials that have been licensed in Europe. We transform our vision into actions and that is how construction of a 500-kilowatt solar panel park has begun in the area. Some of the villas on our residential complex are already adapted to the power consumption of solar panels.
Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences covers an area of 331 hectares. Upon the construction’s completion, the project will house 3000 properties.
Our Infrastructure already includes a Golf Academy, Restaurant, and a Club House, in addition to the Upper Upscale hotel with SPA, Fitness center, outdoor and indoor pool we are about to implement a Multifunctional Park with sport fields, playgrounds, relax zone, shops.
90% of the Tbilisi Hills territory is made up of parks, recreation areas and golf courses, so nature is preserved and only 10% of the whole project consists of constructed infrastructure. All fences in the area must be made of evergreens, no concrete is allowed. There are also chargers for electric cars on the premises that could be used for free. By all mentioned above, we do our best to be an example of Eco-friendly project in Georgia.
The social responsibility of Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences is to protect the environment and promote the idea of living in harmony with nature.
