Finding tenants, negotiating with tourist firms, managing bookings and prices, registering the apartment in the online system, designing a strategy, conducting market research and performing competitive analysis are all tasks that are included in the service provided by the management company. IBIS Styles & Sea Home
White Sails has uniquely diverse and comprehensive infrastructural values, but it also stands out by bringing aparthotels, residential apartments and two international hotel brands under one sail. The Ibis Styles hotel is situated on the southern edge of the complex, opposite the Boulevard. It offers outstanding panoramic views over the sea and the amazing New Batumi Boulevard. The building also incorporates Sea Home – 108 exclusive boutique-style apartments situated between the 8th and 25th floors. Apartment sales in Sea Home have already started, and at least 10% of the properties already have new owners.
A large part of the project – four aparthotels, residential apartment block, courtyard, pool and parking lot – has already been completed. Work is under way to attract investment, sales and international tourists.
