Tower Group is a construction and development firm whose main activity areas are construction/development and the hotel industry. The main idea behind the company’s operations is to create a modern, comfortable infrastructure without losing the distinctive Georgian character. The establishment of Tower Group was initiated by the experienced construction firm Gza, which implements all of the company’s construction projects.
“After operating for 18 years in the industry, it was a logical step to establish our own development firm. Over the years, Gza has implemented numerous construction and infrastructure projects. We have worked with leading Georgian companies to realise several high-cost projects. Various organisations are currently based in the facilities built by our company. These include Batumi International Airport, the central train station of Batumi that will house the Holiday Inn Express hotel from 2023, and the Chateau Kvirike – a 6 hectare complex that includes hotels, wineries, restaurants, conference and banquet halls, bars, swimming pools and a rare recreational environment,” says the head of marketing of Tower Group Sofia Tsuladze.
Gza operates asphalt and concrete plants, as well as a technopark consisting of more than 200 units. The company’s experience, construction resources and team of professionals laid basis for the establishment of Tower Group, which is currently implementing three large-scale projects.
“Behind every successful company, there is a strong and tightly knit team of professionals. Human values and professionalism are important to us. We believe that we are literally building a new future, which makes us immensely proud,” Sofia Tsuladze says. Thanks to the team of professionals, the company successfully manages to deal with different challenges.
“The pandemic was a big challenge for our company, as for the rest of the world. Online services only partially balanced out the deficit in communication. Real estate is a specific product. It is difficult for customers to make a decision remotely, without meeting company representatives and viewing the location. We managed to overcome this period, and the company is returning to its usual working rhythm, which reflects itself on the quality of construction and sales. The Chateau Kvirike and Chalet Kvirike projects rank among Tower Group’s greatest achievements, as they are unique for the Adjara region. This is more than a hotel, a winery or a mountain resort – this is added value for the promotion of our region and stimulating viticulture in Adjara,” Sofia Tsuladze explains.
Chateau Kvirike is a unique complex for Adjara in terms of its concept, as it combines the theme of vineyards and wine with the sea. This is a hotel complex that includes numerous interesting places and attractions: a cellar, a pool, restaurants, a small museum located in a historical building, conference and banquet halls, and a unique recreational environment with century-old eucalyptus trees, vineyards, as well as hazelnut and kiwi alleys. The main purpose of the complex is to promote the Adjara region, and the municipality of Kobuleti in particular.
“Our main idea was to create a space where guests could stay in a pleasant environment at any time of the year. To this end, we chose the strategy of developing viticulture, which will bring us closer to our ancient traditions and extend the tourist season,” Sofia Tsuladze says.
Tower Group has the ambition of making each project unique and turning it into a calling card for future urban development. The company’s mission is the cornerstone of its activities: “We are building the future for the benefit of our country.”
