The “Lisi Green Tower” project has been designed by the world-renowned Dutch architecture firm UN Studio, which has implemented a variety of projects across the world, including the Mercedes Benz Museum and Beethoven Concert Hall in Germany, and many others.

“Lisi Green Tower” is a 10-storey premium class residential building that incorporates 25 apartments. The stained glass façade offers each apartment a panoramic view of the city. Every detail is designed to meet the requirements for a comfortable and balanced lifestyle. The project has an investment value of $13 million.

The building is located in the second settlement of Lisi Development’s largest residential complex, Lisi Green Town. The project is characterised by its unique 80/20 concept, whereby 80% of the area is covered with green space and additional infrastructure, while the remaining 20% is occupied by buildings.

Lisi Development has been a leading development company in Georgia for 13 yers. The company continues to work on current and new projects in Tbilisi and the Adjara region.
