- Domus Nea - discount up to 9% (price range $1,800 - 2,400), delivery by the end of 2027,
- Domus Gazapkhuli - discount up to 5% (price range $1,600 - 2,000), delivery by the end of 2026,
- Domus Trees - discount up to 8% (price range $3,200 - 4,000), delivery by the end of 2026.
Delivery condition of the apartments: Green frame - which means only cosmetic works are left in the apartment.
First payment is 15%, the remaining amount is divided until the project delivery. (In case of Domus Nea, it is possible to make 40% of the total amount in the end).
