- Hotel room price per square meter: from $3,802 to $4,800;
- 30-month internal installment plan (20% initial payment, 60% within 30 months, 20% in August 2027)—the condition is valid until March 2025;

- The success of the project is confirmed by Cushman & Wakefield research: ROI: up to 13.0%; IRR: up to 14.0%;
- The payback period of the investment is 8.7 years;

- The net income generated by the hotel room per month will be distributed equally between the hotel room owner and the owner: 50%/50%;
