In 2026 the N1 hub in Georgia, in collaboration with FIABCI-Georgia, launches new products and directions for its partner companies. One of the strong sides of Property Georgia has always been Property Media. The Property Leaders Spotlight is a new product unveiled!  It is a prominent sectoral podcast, dedicated to showcasing the most influential figures in the local real estate market. 

This engaging show provides a platform for industry leaders, investors, top opinion leaders and decision-makers to share their insights, strategies, and experiences in navigating the dynamic landscape of Georgia's real estate sector.

Each episode features in-depth conversations about market trends, investment opportunities, and success stories, empowering listeners with valuable knowledge. The podcast aims to inspire both seasoned professionals and newcomers to thrive in the competitive world of real estate.

The podcast will be aired on a YouTube channel twice a month and will also be shared to Property Georgia’s website and social media pages. First 12 episodes will feature:
