Asian Development Bank (ADB) will finance the second phase of water supply project in Gudauri-construction of wastewater and sewage systems.
Verner Liepach, Director General of Central and West Asia Department of ADB, visited the ski resort today together with Irakli Karseladze, First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and Giorgi Koberidze, Director of United Water Supply Company. At this moment, tender documentations are being prepared. Construction works will start in the end of 2018. The first phase of the project, which as financed by the government ended in 2017. As a result, Gudauri now has an improved water supply system.
