The hotel development project at Lopota Lake is jointly conducted by the Partnership Fund and the company Lopota Investment.

As part of the project, Colliers International Georgia will oversee the planned construction works. A cooperation agreement has already been signed, which will see Colliers International Georgia representatives constantly supervise the construction process and status. Furthermore, the company will prepare the project report.

The Lopota complex expansion will include 85 additional hotel rooms, an administration building, a conference hall for 300 people, a chateau, a restaurant, a café-bar, a fitness centre, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
