From today, the Georgian office of the global real estate service company Colliers International will be welcoming its partners at the King David Business Centre.

Multifunctional project King David is in operation handover since this summer  and the first tenants took up their offices at the business center in September. Including companies such as PwC Georgia and Samsung Georgia. They have now been joined by Colliers International Georgia.

King David is the Class-A business center in Georgia, combining a space of 12 000 m2 in total. It will be serving both local and international firms. The 19-storey complex has its own underground car park, a 300 m2 lobby/reception, a conference hall designed to accommodate up to 100 delegates, numerous meeting rooms, a cafeteria, a terrace bar and 18 hotel rooms. A fitness and spa centre, as well as a swimming pool with panoramic views are to be added later.

Tenants at the business center can take advantage of various office, courier and organizational services (event management, catering). Clients will be able to enjoy special advantages on various services, including the hotel which is attached to the complex.
