First International Real Estate Week in Georgia

Property Georgia, FIABCI-Georgia, ExpoGeorgia, the Georgian National Association of Real Estate and the Business Association of Georgia signed a memorandum of cooperation regarding the organisation and partnership of the real estate week.

The memorandum of cooperation was signed by the real estate week organisers Property Georgia (managing partner Lika Kardava), FIABCI-Georgia (president Ketevan Tabatadze) and ExpoGeorgia (director Resan Kikava), co-organisers GNARE (chairwoman Mariam Demuria) and business partners BAG (executive director Levan Vepkhvadze).

The first international real estate week will include the following three main events:

  • On 29 April, for the first time in Georgia and the Caucasus region, the FIABCI-Georgia Prix d’Excellence Awards Gala will take place under the patronage of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). The best real estate development projects of the year will be revealed in 13 categories. Winners will participate in the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence event. The awards ceremony is organised with the backing of Bank of Georgia, Galt & Taggart and Digital Area. The event’s strategic partner is Colliers International Georgia, and intellectual partner is PwC Georgia.

  • GREE – the international real estate exhibition will take place between 29 April and 3 May. Participants will include construction and development companies, as well as consulting and financial organisations that will present both current and future projects together with interesting offers for prospective customers. Visitors will be able to meet all industry representatives in a single space and take advantage of special promotional offers. Parallel to the real estate exhibition, the event will host the annual construction exhibition Caucasus Build, with up to 200 companies being represented from 15 countries.
  • The annual Georgian National Association of Real Estate awards ceremony will take place on 1 May under the patronage of the U.S. National Association of Realtors (NAR), hosting local and international representatives from the real estate sector. Award recipients will include companies and individuals who have contributed towards the development of the real estate industry.

Parallel to the aforementioned three main events, the international real estate week will include numerous other interesting events such as thematic presentations, seminars, educational masterclasses and investment tours.
