Georgian Developer Alliance Group is the Winner of Home Overseas 2017 Awards

Alliance Group won most awards at the prestigious real estate awards Home Overseas organized by the biggest real estate portal. The leading European and Asian construction developers and real estate companies participated in Home Overseas 2017 awards held on April 20 at Soglasie Hall. Exhibition stand of Alliance Group, presented in the frame of the pre-awarding ceremony expo, was also very popular with the event participants and visitors, it also attracted attention of media representatives. Alliance Group was the only Georgian developer presented at Home Overseas 2017 awards. Winners of the awards were revealed by the independent professional jury in several categories.

Alliance Group will invest more than $75 million in the Alliance Tbilisi project, which will be completed in 2019.

Alliance Palace

A world- class skyscraper in Batumi that will feature a Courtyard by Marriott hotel on the first six floors. The upper floors of the Alliance Palace – a 41-story multifunctional complex – will house premium-class apartments. Alliance Group will invest $45 million in the Alliance Palace project. The apartments will be completed by June of 2018, and the Courtyard by Marriott hotel will officially be opened in April of 2019.

Alliance Resort

2,000 meters above sea level, and only 100 kilometers from the Black Sea coast, Alliance Group is building a 100-room hotel featuring the world-renowned Ramada Worldwide brand, a global hotel chain operator. When it opens in 2018, the 6-story future-trend Alliance Resort will have the capacity to host 250 visitors at any one time. Alliance Group will invest $10 million in the Alliance Resort project.
