The occupancy rate at Georgia’s first A-Class business centre King David has reached the 87% mark. The business centre is housing the head offices of leading local and international companies such as PwC Georgia, Deloitte, Samsung Georgia, COSCO Shipping, Maersk, Colliers International Georgia, Rom Petrol, NEXIA TA Georgia and others.

Offices at King David can be rented or purchased. The minimum area of offices is 52.62 m2 for sales and 100 m2 for rentals.

Business Centre Lobby

Unlike other business centres in Tbilisi, the office space at King David comes with the full infrastructure of the multifunctional building, including the lobby, underground car park, the KD Café with space for 300 guests, the Italian bar/restaurant XVII • Seventeen, the KD4US co-working area with shared workspace for 110 people, conference halls and meeting rooms, as well as a 31-room hotel. A swimming pool, a fitness centre and a spa centre will be added to the complex by the end of 2020. The residential section of the complex, King David Residences, has already been completed.
