Nick Cotton: Ukraine is again on the radar of international investors

How to implement successful real estate projects is the main topic of the International Real Estate Forum V Eastern Europe Real Estate Forum, which will be held on November 26th in Kyiv.

“For already year and a half, we have been watching Ukraine again on the radar of international investors” – Nick Cotton, Managing Director of Cushman&Wakefield in Ukraine, reports. He is a participant and one of the TOP speakers of the forum.

According to him, construction of facilities and rental activity in Ukraine show positive dynamics. Eastern Europe Real Estate Forum and Awards is a major event bringing together key market players to celebrate the important initiatives and achievements of the previous 12 months.

On November 26th, 2019, the Fifth Forum and Award will be attended by over 200 representatives from 6 countries.

The program of the Forum is scheduled for four panel discussions, expert speeches and presentations.

The main focus is success of Georgia as a country that has managed to attract billions in foreign investment. The maximum focus of the forum is on practical successful examples in the implementation of real estate projects.

Upon completion of the Forum, the winners of EE Real Estate Awards will be awarded. A professional international jury will select the best in 22 nominations.
