Radisson Collection Tsinandali Estate Hotel honored at the 2018 Eastern Europe Real Estate Project Awards, which took place in Ukraine and announced as the “Best Hotel Project of the Year”.
The fourth edition of the annual international awards in Kiev brought together hundreds of participants from various countries. 2018 EE Real Estate Project Awards was organized by the URE Club and EuropaProperty.com. The international panel picked the best projects and companies of the year in 34 categories. EE Real Estate Project Awards are recognised as a key marker for the real estate markets in Eastern Europe and Asia. Participants include the best developers, investors, bankers and architects from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine. Up to 200 companies represented their respective countries at this year’s event.
Radisson Collection Tsinandali Estate, will soon open its door in Georgia’ most famous wine district, Tsinandali.The newest addition to the group’s premium lifestyle collection – reserved for its most outstanding properties – Radisson Collection, Tsinandali Estate is set in the heart of the country’s most popular wine district, ‘Kakheti’, and offers a truly unique Georgian guest experience. The property features 141 stylish rooms and suits and a range of exceptional hotel facilities: an on-site wine yard and its own historical winery, whilst additional features include a spa on the top floor, an outside swimming pool, indoor and open-air ballrooms and a neighbouring historic 18-hectare park. The hotel will opens its doors for guests this winter. The project is developed by SilkRoad Group with a financial support of Partnership Fund.
