Unprecedented news await those who wish to purchase a property in Dirsi – the largest residential complex in Tbilisi. The project’s developer AS Georgia – a subsidiary of AS Group Investment, one of the most powerful development holding companies in the region – is introducing new and unique products on the Georgian market. Customers at the residential complex, which was the first to be built in Georgia based on the ‘city within a city’ concept, now have a chance to take advantage of the innovative product ‘lease with a right of buyout’.

In a statement to Property Georgia, the company has explained that customers can sign a lease agreement for a period of 11 to 24 months, and will have the option of purchasing the property, whereby 60% of the previously paid rent will be subtracted from the price of the property. Another new product offered by Dirsi is ‘buyout of rented property,’ whereby rent received from the tenant will be assigned to the buyer. According to Dirsi, “the buyer can come to an agreement with the tenant and receive the monthly rent paid by the latter.”

According to the company, the process of purchasing a flat in Dirsi is fully tailored to the customer’s interests. To this end, yet another new product has been developed in the form of a three-year internal loan. Buyers wishing to take advantage of the aforementioned service will only have to make an initial payment of 10% of the full amount, while the remaining 90% will be spread over a period of 36 months. According to the developer, “this product is unique because it concerns fully constructed and fitted-out flats. Therefore, buyers will have a 100% guarantee that their property is ready for moving in.”

Dirsi also has news for corporate clients in the form of discount for cash payment, as well as special terms for internal loans, which are specifically tailored to individual corporate clients.

The unprecedented new products at the largest residential complex in Tbilisi are available to everyone – emigrants and foreign nationals have also been considered when developing the products in question. Especially for them, the company operates a two-year internal loan system, whereby the amount of initial payment for properties of any kind is 30%, while the remaining 70% will be distributed in accordance with prior agreement. Once again, the company states that the main advantage offered by Dirsi is that all properties have already been constructed and are ready for habitation: “emigrants and foreign nationals will be handed the keys to the property on the same day when they purchase it and sign the internal loan agreement.”

The chance to take advantage of the unique and flexible new products makes it widely affordable to live in the most solid and comfortable residential complex in Tbilisi, which offers infrastructure necessary for healthy living to persons of all age groups. The territory of the complex includes a total of 20 hectares of recreational and green space.
