As said, the subject property is situated in the village of Dikhaskho on the bank of river Sulori in Imereti region, approximately 40 km southwest from the regional capital Kutaisi. Dikhaskho is part of the municipality of Vani.
Vani is one of the most intensively studied archeological sites in the country. Widely acknowledged as the farthest shore in Greek mythology, the land of the golden fleece and home to Medea. The recently rehabilitated Vani Archeological Museum is expected to attract significant amount of attention from local as well as global tourists.
The sulfur baths of Dikhaskho are situated in right in the middle of the subject property. Mineral water’s temperature exceeds 35 C and has healing properties.
