Our company Villa Residence took part in the first FIABCI-Georgia Prix d’Excellence Awards through the Krtsanisi Resort Residence project, which was nominated in two categories, winning both. These categories are: Residential Low Rise and Resort.
The awards and conference, held by FIABCI-Georgia on 28th of October, are very important for the development sector with regards to establishing close links, deepening the existing relationships and encouraging quality green projects on the market.
Krtsanisi Resort Residence stretches over an area of 20 hectares. We have successfully completed three phases of residenial construction, which includes villas, townhouses and low-rise apartment blocks (5-6 floors). The next phases of development are actively ongoing.
Tenants benefit from facilities such as swimming pools, fitness room, tennis and basketball courts, football pitch, green squares, stables and cafes. We also have a rooftop pool for various events. The complex offers its tenants a full package of services, including 24 hour security and CCTV, gardening, pool maintenance, cleaning of indoor and outdoor spaces, technical maintenance and concierge service.
As winners of the national awards, Villa Residence will participate at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards in June 2023. There we will have the opportunity to present this successful Georgian project to an international audience.
