“Ambassadori Island Batumi” -Hospitality Real Estate Project of the Year

"Ambassadori Island Batumi" was awarded the best project of the year in hospitality and real estate at the Welcome to Georgia national tourism award. The nomination recognizes real estate developers who significantly contribute to the infrastructural growth and innovative development of Georgia's tourism and hospitality sector.

At the award ceremony after the victory, Ambassadori Island Batumi CEO Gocha Kamkia spoke about the planned development of the project, noting that 26 hectares of land on the Batumi artificial island have already been put into operation and that construction of two ultra-modern buildings and an unprecedented scale shopping center will soon begin on this territory.

“When we say welcome to Georgia our team members see a whole different map of Georgia, limitless opportunities and literally expanded borders,” noted Gocha Kamkia.

Welcome to Georgia hosted its 10th anniversary awards ceremony this year. The awards included more than 30 categories from the tourism industry, including notable real estate projects implemented in the hospitality sector that significantly improve both the economic and tourism potential of the country.
