One such product is the unique concept of an eco-settlement.
“Our latest big achievement is being able to develop the unique concept of an eco-settlement and attracting foreign investment. In this process, we have been able to work with internationally acclaimed design companies, familiarise ourselves with similar developments in Europe, and now we are trying to put flesh on what we have been actively working on and developing for the past few years,“ Irakli Shonia says.
One of the current standout projects is the Tabakhmela eco-settlement, which is being built at an altitude of 1100 m above sea level. Local climate helps the body restore its immunity and breathe freely. Properties in this unique climate zone have been built with eco-friendly materials and feature a distinctive architecture, as well as interesting neighbours. The project includes 30 villas, where the aesthetics and modern technological solutions ensure a high quality of life in harmony with nature. Each villa has its own front yard with beautiful panoramic views of the capital and Mount Kazbegi. Over 6000 m2 of common space will offer residents the access to sports fields, swimming pools, walking paths, children’s playgrounds, common work spaces and an organic farm, where they will be able to grow fruits and vegetables themselves. Furthermore, there will be space for business and entertainment on the veranda, as well as an open-air cinema.
It is also worth noting that only 12% of the total area (27000 m2) will be used for construction, which is a clear manifestation of the green and eco-friendly concept of the project. Similar projects will be implemented in Saguramo and other interesting locations across Georgia.
The company has an interesting vision of the future, which states that there is no future without the environment, technology and energy-efficient solutions, especially in the field of development and construction. “We will continue to actively integrate these three components into our products and services.
