The Mtatsminda Panorama project was started during pandemic. As such, it was accompanied by certain difficulties and challenges: “The greatest challenge recently faced by the global economy and business was the COVID-19 pandemic, and we were no exception. The crisis had a significant effect on the development market. Currency devaluation and several waves of restrictive regulations had a negative impact on the real estate and tourism industries. However, the government’s active measures and our effective anti-crisis plan have enabled us to regroup and continue our activities despite the pandemic,” Zurab Chkhaidze says. Additionally, the company was able to resume the construction of offices, apartments and shopping mall on Pirosmani Street.
