A remarkable collaboration took place between York Holding Group and famous Georgian artist Zurab Gomelauri. This collaboration conveys the unique aesthetics of the company through the artist's works and also reflects the company's aspiration to promote Georgian art both locally and in the international markets to which it has access.

The artist created two works for our company. With "Symbols of Life" he reminded us that the symbols of antiquity are enduring, which gives a person inspiration and joy for a positive future. This is exactly the goal of York Holding Group. The second work, "Feeding" - urges us to take care, which is the thing the holding is trying to achieve every day, both for customers and for partners and the team, ”- Otar Kiria, Marketing and PR Director at York Holding Group.
“In the first work created for the holding, I conveyed the ancient Georgian symbols of life - bull, Borjgali (symbol of the sun and eternity), vine, lion, goat and fish - a representation of perpetual motion. The content of the second work reflects my vision of God, who offers food to the parishioners through the hands of his apostles feeds and takes care of them, “said Zurab Gomelauri.
According to Otar Kiria, the collaboration between the holding and Zurab Gomelauri has another strong point. Due to thefact that York Towers already operates in more than eight countries, accordingly, the works of Zurab Gomelauri, i.e. Georgian paintings, will become even more popular abroad, which will strengthen the brand identity in the Georgian market.
"My preference always leans towards the paintings that portray people, soul, life, connections and relationships, and I think the work of Zurab Gomelauri is the embodiment of that. Creating a special environment for people is the foundation of our company," said Amr Alabwaz, Chairman of York Holding Group.
York Holding Group is an international company headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia. It also operates in Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and is active in the markets of Israel and Eastern Europe. The holding includes two brands: York Towers Development and Zaha Construction.
York Towers is currently working on several projects. Among them is York Town, which is a villa-type complex and is, in fact, a new settlement in Tabakhmela, close to the forest. Also, the list of projects includes Lisi View, which is a mixed type project, including both villas and apartments in the most tranquil environment of the capital. The company has active investment projects in Bazaleti and Mtskheta.
Two months ago, York holding Group made an investment in the amount of 27 million USD in Batumi. The project is called Bianca Batumi and it includes an aparthotel, with hundreds of apartments. In addition to independent recreation facilities, the complex will feature a hotel of the global brand Ibis Styles.
The works of Zurab Gomelauri have already been digitized and the transfer to corporate profile materials has been completed. Mikheil Kankia, the Holding's designer, worked on the visuals of the attributes. The execution of the project is led by the marketer of our holding, Elene Markozashvili. The strategy belongs to Otar Kiria.
