The USAID Economic Security Program in partnership with the National Agency of State Property has conducted an Investment Opportunities in Kutaisi Project Presentation aiming at presenting investment opportunities in Kutaisi, the country’s third-largest city. The hybrid event, with international investors presenting online, has been designed to promote the networking process between different parties and stakeholders, support the private sector and facilitate privatization.

In this respect, the sides partner, real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, facilitated the identification of a State-Owned Property in Kutaisi’s city center and carried out a presentation for feasibility study, and business plan, financial model, and architectural rendering for its development. Hereby, NASP has also introduced several other properties in the Kutaisi region to make it more interesting and attractive to a wider audience and investors of different scales.
