First of all, I would like to thank FIABCI-Georgia and the jury panel for this recognition. We are delighted to have won this important international real estate award. This will further motivate us to implement new projects. I would also like to thanks the Georgian Co-Investment Fund and the Axis team: the initiator and developer of the idea, the architects, the builders, the engineers, local and foreign partners, and everyone else who helped implement the project.

It is important that we won in the Mixed-Use Development and Office categories. The main goal of the project was precisely to build a multifunctional centre that includes commercial and office spaces, the five-star Pullman hotel, restaurants, residential space, fitness room and a pool. This concept allowed us to extend the historic centre of Tbilisi towards Chavchavadze Avenue, while adding business and business tourism functions to this part of the city.
