Silk Development has completed the construction of a new multifunctional park that meets modern standards. The park’s design was developed by the Danish landscape architecture company MASU Planning.
During the development process, all existing trees and plants on the site were preserved. Additionally, around 600 trees of over 210 different species and approximately 63,000 shrubs and flowering plants were planted. Over time, this will form a new green ecosystem in the heart of Batumi.
The park’s infrastructure includes two padel courts, a mini football field, entertainment zones, comfortable recreational areas, pedestrian and bicycle paths.
The new park is the initial phase and an important part of the large-scale Silk Towers project. The project is being developed by the Japanese architectural firm Kengo Kuma and Associates. The multifunctional complex will include apartments, a high-class hotel, event spaces, commercial areas, cafes and restaurants, a yacht club, and sports and wellness facilities.
The total investment value of the project is approximately 700 million USD.
