Seven Georgian companies emerged victorious in eight nominations at the 2018 EE Real Estate Project Awards, which took place in Ukraine. The Alliance Group won in two categories – Multifunctional Project of the Year for the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Batumi - Alliance Palace, and a special prize for sophisticated architecture for Alliance Privilege Batumi. Colliers International Georgia was named the Brokerage Company of the Year. As for the other winners, these included LISI Green Town for the Innovative Green Building of the Year, the Schuchmann Group for the Unique Concept of the Year, and SEU Development for the Residential Complex Project of the Year. The Terrassa Group was named the best architectural company of the year, while the Radisson Collection Hotel Tsinandali Estate won in the Hotel Project of the Year category.
The fourth edition of the annual international awards in Kiev brought together hundreds of participants from various countries. This year the head of Colliers International Georgia Irakli Kilauridze and the founder of Property Georgia Lika Kardava were representing Georgia on the jury panel. Property Georgia is the Georgian partner of the 2018 EE Real Estate Project Awards for the second year already.
2018 EE Real Estate Project Awards was organized by the URE Club and EuropaProperty.com. The international panel picked the best projects and companies of the year in 34 categories. EE Real Estate Project Awards are recognised as a key marker for the real estate markets in Eastern Europe and Asia. Participants include the best developers, investors, bankers and architects from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine. Up to 200 companies represented their respective countries at this year’s event.
